Tiong Seng Motor Outlet is a family business that has been selling motorbikes for 2 generations. "There was an incident where we sold a 2 year old used (second-hand) motorbike to a customer. Over a period of time, there was a technical issue with the motor and the customer was very unhappy. We were sued without much notice and went to court. We wanted a satisfied customer and at the end, we've decided to settle out of court by fixing the bike for free. After fixing the motorbike, the customer wanted to sell the motorbike back to us at a better value. We take pride in our values and decided to purchase back and sell him a new one. It was tough but it was done in peace, " said Sandra. To further improve their customer service, Tiong Seng relies heavily on its hire purchase software. "The software has made it easy for us to monitor the insurance and JPJ registration.
