RETAIL Stygix gets smarter with IT By YONG KHUAN MENG MELAKA: Stygix (Navotech Technology Sdn Bhd) is a computer retail business that has 5 branches throughout the southern part of Malaysia and today, they have it their way. Jinss (“Ah Soon”), the manager of the main branch in Bukit Beruang, has been with the company for 6 years and he commented that they have found a better way to manage their stock. “Initially, we have an accounting and inventory software that served us really well. “However, we grew really fast because of our great price and friendly customer service to 5 branches. “So, the software that we had can no longer serve us because we are not able to monitor our stock and accounting activities in one place,” he said. They started the system in the headquarters and subsequently, all the branches are hooked up. “When we first used the system, it was messy. “We were new to the system but I know that it will definitely help the company.
