The Liew family started the selling of motorbikes from scratch and thanks to their ability to adapt, they have competed successfully against bigger players. "Consumers are smarter these days because they are able to compare with various stores. My husband is the one who started it all. He is a very humble and honest man and treats everyone equally, " said Mrs Liew. She mentioned that Mr Liew is a determined person and he chose to make himself IT literate a few years back. "He felt the pressure when he was learning in 2002 then but with patience, he is now insisting that we manage our business with IT. Now, he will most probably face the same pressure using a new software for hire purchase," she smiled, "but I am sure he will be fine." The Liews believe that one is never too old to learn because times are changing. However, there are a couple of values that are timeless to them.
